Sleuth

Editor Neil Farrell and his team chose Salon to provide them with multiple Avid Media Composer Adrenaline Systems for Kenneth Branagh's re-make of the famous Harold Pinter screenplay 'Sleuth'. Neil, who previously used Avid Meridien systems on his previous feature 'As You Like It' (also provided by Salon) decided to 'upgrade' to the Adrenaline to make use of the high quality resolutions that the system can provide on 24 frame projects. This move enabled the team to make DigiBeta playouts in the cutting room for regular screenings saving the production a vast amount of time and money.
